The Acrobatic Arts program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. Developed with input from professionals and experts in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Contortion, Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Yoga, Pilates, Physiotherapy and more, AcroDance is the perfect complement to other dance studies or a standalone skill!


These classes will follow the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus and give students the opportunity to take exams should they wish to.


Simple, thoughtful progressions take the youngest students from log rolls and summersaults to the advanced dancer into tumbling and aerials.
