Our popular Acro Dance classes follow the Acrobatic Arts program and are based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of Acro Dance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. Developed with input from professionals and experts in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Contortion, Artistic Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Yoga, Pilates, Physiotherapy and more, Acro Dance is the perfect compliment to other dance studies or a standalone skill! Simple, thoughtful progressions take the youngest students from log rolls and somersaults to tumbling and aerials for the more advanced dancers.
