DANCE CONDITIONING

We have two conditioning classes on offer on Saturdays. Dance conditioning improves technique and performance in all dance forms by strengthening the body’s core (abdominal and back muscles) while improving coordination, balance, and alignment and optimising flexibility.

We recommend all dance students 10+ attend a conditioning class. Both classes form part of our Saturday Performance School.

The Dance Conditioning class 1:30-2:30, follows the innovative Progressing Ballet Technique programme.
