If this is your first time using the parent portal, you may be unsure where to start.
You’ll first need to login HERE using the email (or username) and password you set during registration.
Don’t worry if you forgot to note it down, simply click the Reset Password link or get in touch with the NLPAC office as we’re always happy to help you out.
Once logged in, click the ‘Find Classes’ button. This will let you select from our full timetable
There are plenty of options to help you sort through our class listings. Or you can access the class directly from our Booking Page*
*This does not include Private Music Lessons or Invite Only classes
We recommend filtering classes by the Day of the Week it’s on. This will really help to narrow down results!
Once you’ve found the class you’re looking for, select it from the list and click ‘Add to Cart’
You’ll then be prompted to select the student(s) you wish to enroll before finalising your choice.

Save the login page to your bookmarks, or create a shortcut on your computer desktop or smartphone home screen for quick and easy class bookings!
NLPAC’s online portal is supported by JackRabbit Dance. For more tips and information, check out their video on how to use the online portal!
All NLPAC members are now required to add a card to their account at time of registration. You will not be charged unless you enroll in a class.
This is to avoid accidental enrollments and help keep your account secure.
To add your virtual card, click the Green “+” symbol
To add a new credit or debit card to your account, simply fill in the relevant information and click save.
NLPAC uses a third-party payment processor and does not keep customers’ card details on file.
Be aware that the “Name on Card” entry box is case sensitive and must match exactly what is written on your credit or debit card.
Your Billing Address should also match the address we have for you on file.
If you are having trouble adding your card, please contact the office for help.
As standard, we require all payments be made in full.
However, there may be some situations where it is permitted to pay only individual fees attributed to your account.
If you have multiple outstanding fees, you can select which ones you wish to pay by clicking the box under Payment Amount.
For those making partial payments, you can enter the amount you wish to pay.
Be aware that if you have not been given written permission to pay in instalments, you will not be allowed to attend the class until the balance has been paid in full.
