F.A.Q

What size should I pick?

Sizing charts have been included, where available, for each of the costumes listed in our web shop. These are provided by the manufacturers, and are as accurate as possible.

We encourage you to check your child’s measurements against the sizing chart, to ensure the perfect fit.

Can I exchange the costume if it doesn't fit?

If you wish to exchange your costume, please get in contact with the NLPAC office.

The deadline for exchanges is Monday 26th February. Please ensure you try on any costumes ASAP, as we cannot guarantee costume exchanges after this date.

Can I substitute costume pieces for similar clothing or costumes I already have at home?

Costumes for the show must be purchased from the NLPAC shop. 

This is done to guarantee quality control and ensure the safety and comfort of all performers involved. 

Are you still offering customisation for Stage School hoodies?

Yes we are!

Hoodies can be customised with your child’s name or nickname for no additional cost.

Simply fill in the corresponding box on the order form.

You will need to fill in an Order Form after paying for costumes on the web shop to complete your order

Fill in the Order Form
Once you've paid for your costumes, you'll need to complete our order form.
Make sure you have your order number ready

This can be found at the top of your confirmation email

Collect Your Costumes
All costumes will be delivered to NLPAC and can be collected from class
On collection, your child will be required to sign a sheet to confirm they have received their costume.
