How to Use the Parent Portal
If this is your first time using the parent portal, you may be unsure where to start.
You’ll first need to login HERE using the email (or username) and password you set during registration.
Don’t worry if you forgot to note it down, simply click the Reset Password link or get in touch with the NLPAC office as we’re always happy to help you out.

Save the login page to your bookmarks, or create a shortcut on your computer desktop or smartphone home screen for quick and easy class bookings!

Once logged in, click the ‘Find Classes’ button
This will let you select from our full timetable
There are plenty of options to help you sort through our class listings.
Or you can access the class directly from our booking page*
*This does not include ISTD, Private Music Lessons or Invite Only classes

We recommend filtering results by the Day of the Week your class is on. This will really help to narrow down results!
Once you’ve found the class you’re looking for, select it from the list and click ‘Add to Cart’
You’ll then be prompted to select the student(s) you wish to enroll before finalising your choice.
